Mindfulness meditation is fundamental to optimal neuroplasticity; therefore, each Synaptogenesys session begins with an 8-minute lowering of the client's brain state to the theta bandwidth, during which the client begins focusing on her, or his breath--which also firmly sets the client into "Mindful Mode" for Synaptogenesys' intensive, synaptogenic Pattern Sequence.

(Guided by peer-reviewed neuroscience, and the developer's certified, multimodal sound healing training), Synaptogenesys was specifically developed to reliably, smoothly, and durably shift brains into higher octaves [so to speak] of functionality, self-reorganization and resilience. As the client sits, breathes with awareness, watches and listens to its Pattern Sequence, Synaptogenesys induces, amplifies, and advances the expression of activity-dependent [the meditation session], learning-dependent [the brain's auto-learning/auto-reorganizing process], and experience-dependent [the combo of both the above], multimodal and cross-modal plasticity.
